The information from the organizers is below:

We are reaching out to inform you that early bird pricing for the 2016 Hill Performance Coaching Conference ends April 30th. The conference will feature Keynote speaker and legendary New Zealand All Blacks coach Graham Henry on Thursday June 30th, 2016.

This is a rare opportunity to hear one of the greatest coaches of all time talk about how he transformed the club from under-achievers when he started in 2004, to World Cup champions with an overall winning percentage in his career as All Blacks coach of 85 percent.

The theme of the conference will be building a winning culture and how he managed to have such great success as All Blacks head coach by empowering his athletes. Creating a winning culture is one of the most important factors in any team’s success, from high school, to university, and the pros. Graham will teach how switching from a “coach-centric” to and “athlete-centric” coaching model is fundamental in the modern-day athlete. There will be an opportunity for a question and answer period following his two talks.

We will also be offering an exclusive VIP brunch if you wish to get some face-time with Graham Henry and get some additional insight into the experiences of an elite coach. He will also do a talk at the brunch about important life-lessons he learned during his many years of coaching top-level athletes.

This is a great opportunity for you and your staff to learn from one of the greatest all-time coaches and adapting a model across the faculty that encourages athlete empowerment and puts them in the driver seat for success.
