CRC U19 Voyageurs Practice Session this Friday at Twin Elm

The second practice session for the CRC U19 Voyageurs will be held this Friday night at Twin Elms Rugby Park. This session is for Quebec and EORU athletes. New players are still welcome to attend and current members must contact the manager John Weller if they can not attend.

Venue TBA but are looking at a half-way meeting point between Montreal and Ottawa

For those of born in 1992 or 1993 this summer will present an unprecedented opportunity. The Canadian Rugby Championship will add a U19 age group and Quebec and Eastern Ontario have been approached to enter a team to compete with 3 other regions (Ontario, Prairies, Atlantic) in a competition in August.

The Canada U20 coach will be at the event looking for talented players to consider for the Canada U20 National team for 2012 so this is a huge opportunity.

The Quebec/Eastern Ontario team will be holding an open tryout at Ecole Sainte Georges in Sainte Anne de Bellevue on Sunday June 26th.
