Guestroom rate is $79.95 per suite, per night, plus HST. The rate is based on quad occupancy (2 double beds) and includes continental breakfast.

- Two bedroom suite – 2 double beds with kitchenette, full cooking facilities are located on each floor.
- Complimentary items include – bus parking, cable television, local calls, wired internet, continental breakfast.
- Amenities – meeting space, laundry facilities, fitness room, barbeque area, outdoor volleyball and basketball courts, on-site bistro.
