Twin Elm Rugby Park Nominated For The Kraft Heinz Project Play Prize

Twin Elm Rugby Park, the home of eastern Ontario rugby throughout the years, has been included in the nominations for the Kraft Heinz Project Play prize. The $250,000 grand prize will go towards building or upgrading a recreational facility.

The goal of the Twin Elm submission will be to replace the current roof at the rugby park. Without this upgrade, the home for Eastern Ontario rugby will deteriorate until it is no longer usable. As a result, the growth of the game in eastern Ontario will suffer.

But with the help of the rugby community, we can get this nomination through to the final four. The top 4 nominations will be announced on July 8th on TSN.

Over the next few weeks, spread the word. Use the custom hashtag, #khpp_richmondroof when posting from Twitter or Instagram.

Once the finalists are announced, be prepared to vote. Voting takes place on July 25th and 26th.

The entire text of the nomination can be read on the Twin Elm Rugby Park profile.
